Get your military transcripts
Scores for all DANTES-funded CLEP and DSST exams are automatically reported to your Joint Services Transcript (JST). Scores for U.S. Air Force members are reported to the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), AFAEMS, and the Air Force Virtual Education Center (AFVEC) website. A no-cost score report is delivered to two institutions of choice, if designated during online exam registration using the institution(s)’ four-digit institution code(s). Service members can also pay for a consolidated transcript that includes CLEP and DSST exams using the online transcript ordering service.


You are responsible for your own education record. It's a good idea to check your transcripts annually.

Also, DANTES no longer offers the GED, ACT, SAT, GRE, GMAT, or Praxis exams or funds/reimburses these exam fees for service members. Service members can access the respective exam sites below to inquire about transcripts directly. Questions? Please submit a HELP ticket.

CCAF Update
CCAF TRANSCRIPT BACKLOG UPDATE
(as of February 2024)
 
Inbound Transcripts are those CCAF receives to add to a servicemember's record.
  • Current processing times for inbound transcripts is approximately 150 days.
  • CCAF has processed inbound transcript requests received through 16 October 2023.
Outbound Transcripts are transcripts requested from CCAF to send to a third party (educational institution, employer or personal use).
  • Current processing times for outbound transcripts is approximately 85 days.
  • CCAF has processed outbound transcript requests received through 1 December 2023.
 NOTE: Please refrain from submitting multiple duplicate transcript requests to CCAF.  Submitting multiple requests only further slows processing times and does not expedite your request.
