Voluntary education (VolEd) opportunities are available to you regardless of where you serve. As a military member serving outside of the continental U.S. (OCONUS), you have access to a variety of options to help you begin or continue your education. Depending on your location, you may have access to these education services:

In CENTCOM/AFRICOM, University of Maryland Global Campus provides onsite classes and education support for service members.

European Command

Degrees Presented to 126 students in the U.S. Military Pacific Command 

Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) is one of the contracted universities serving military members in Europe and in the Pacific.*
