If you need help paying for school, you’re not alone. Grants, work-study, and loans can help make college affordable. Financial aid is also available from a variety of sources for college, graduate school, and other career schools. Federal student aid covers expenses such as tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, and transportation. Aid also can help pay for other related expenses, like a computer and dependent care.
