DoD MOU Application Launch

The new Department of Defense (DoD) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) application system will go live on June 20, 2025. Enhancements require the current DoD MOU system to be taken offline at 11:59 PM (ET) on June 12, 2025.

Data entered by that time will be migrated into the new system, starting June 20. During this transition, users will not be able to access the existing system.

David Weissgerber, aerospace science instructor, Air Force Junior ROTC Unit JA-932, Kadena High School, Okinawa, Japan, teaches the basics of orbital mechanics to cadets in the mid-1980s.
