Students are most excited about their future when they have a plan. The ASVAB Career Exploration Program (CEP) provides no-cost career exploration and planning tools designed to help young adults make informed career decisions based on their skills and interests.
The Department of Defense sponsors the ASVAB CEP with a two-part mission, to provide: a career exploration service to U.S. youth and qualified leads to military recruiters. ASVAB CEP offers students a chance to explore all paths to careers - college, work-based learning, the Military and federal government - in one place.
The ASVAB CEP can benefit all students in 10th grade or above, including homeschool, college students, and adult learners. Participants have no obligation to the military. Schools decide when information is shared with the military, and parents can choose whether their
student’s scores are shared with recruiters.
